International Rectifier Corporation (International Rectifier, referred to as IR) introduced AUIRS2003S 200V IC, suitable for low, medium and high-pressure automotive applications, including automotive pre-charge electric switches, stepper drives, and DC-DC converters.
AUIRS2003S meet the AEC-Q100 standard, is a rugged, flexible, high-speed power MOSFET driver, and equipped with high-and low-side referenced output channels for harsh automotive environment and under the hood applications. The output driver with a high pulse current buffer stage can be reduced to the lowest drive transconductance, while the floating channel can be at the highest 200V high-side configuration drives an N-channel power MOSFET. The new device also provides a low quiescent current, allowing the circuit to bring low-cost, high-side bootstrap power supply.
IR Pan Dawei, vice president of Asia Sales, said: "AUIRS2003S with multiple protection features, in response to automotive powertrain and battery management applications provides both the challenges of solid and flexible driver IC solution." |
